Question time and other things

Well, here we are again. Its been a busy few days. I have been desperately trying to get all next weeks work up to date, so as to facilitate a week off with my children. I had previously promised them holidays at easter and in the summer and so this half term was non-negotiable if I wished to remain aknowledged as their Daddy.

I have managed it and we will therefore be heading to a farm in the peak district. however they have not yet been told.... I have to have my bit of tormenting fun.

But before we do anything, i have the annual Hazelmere versus Bletchley golf match tomorrow at Aylesbury Park GC. It looks like the waterproofs may be required.

The talking point in the office today, quite rightly, is last nights question time. As I am sure you know it featured the totally deluded Nick Griffin, leader of the BNP (or Dick Griffin as one wit in the audience called him). This man is a blight on the world. His views are abhorrent and his smug face is the sort you would never tire of smacking. He, like all fanatics truly believes that he and his band of facist nutters are right and the vast majority of the population of the country are wrong. Sounds a bit like he thinks he is the only soldier marching in tune to the music.

Today he has even had the nerve to suggest that the location of last nights programme was unfair as "London is to cosmipolitan to be considered a true British City". Someone get the straight jacket and the rubber baton!!!!!

Rant over!!!

Well my contract is now finally in its last few weeks. I will once again be out of work and looking for an assignment from 16/11/09. Lets hop that this time it is not as long and that this blog doesn't need to return to the dark days of June and early July

Bye for now
