New puppy need a new contract

Hi

Well, what a week! I have been so busy the last week or so. I spent most of last week in the north west with an outsourcer. Been busy but fun. I also managed to break away for the evening on Wednesday, until the Reds lost. I thought going to the match would be good.

I am back up there tomorrow for at least 3 days. But fun as it is the contract is ending, so the search for something else starts now. I once again feel quite confiden, there seems to be lots of people willing to discuss things, so lets see.

Well this weekend brought some shocks. Saturday, a neighbour asked Ellie if we could look after there baby whilst they moved house, didnt think they meant for the whole day. Mind you on the up side they did come and collect him eventually. Still at least it has convinced Ellie that we have enough kids.... phew.

But at the end of the day he had convinced us to take in a new puppy. So on Sunday, Buster the 15 week old Jack Russell became part of the family. Alaska is largely relaxed about him, but I suspect she is just calculating how many meals she can make from him. Its fair to say she has made it clear that her bed is out of bounds. Not unlike most women I have met.

Snow snow snow and Freemans are still crap

Hello,

Snow everywhere. I have never seen so much. The kids love it but I haven't been able to get to work all week. That said I have been working from home and am amazed at how much I have got done. The role at Tesco seems to be growing arms and legs. There is so much to do. Still enjoying it though.

FREEMANS on the other hand. I wonder could a company possibly show a worse level of customer service. On top of everything they have failed to do, the piece I hate most is, why do people take a job as Customer Service Director, if they then intend to set policy that their staff must not give their name to the customer? Surely this is about taking ownership and responsability.

Today Freemans have taken the position that they have not charged for the camera and therefore it doesn't matter if they haven't delivered it. They seem entirely unconcerned with the fact that they have failed to serve a customer so appallingly. I suspect that if I failed to pay my account, they would be on my back pretty quick.

There are better levels of Customer service out there. On Monday my mbile internet wouldnt work. I called the supplier. The chap in the contact centre was excellent, polite and helpful. Those who have read this blog before wont be surprised to know its was Orange.

Till next time
